2. Resignation of Town Chairman as a requirement of employment as directed by Columbia County Corporation counsel. Possible closed session pursuant to s. 19.85(1)(f) (to go into closed session requires action)
3. Reconvene in an open session at 7:30 if Borad goes into a closed session
4. Adjourn
